Ordering

How do I place a custom order?

Visit our Custom Orders page and fill out the inquiry form with your design ideas, product type preference, and any personalization details. We'll get back to you within 24-48 hours to discuss your project and provide a quote.

How long does a custom order take?

Most custom orders are completed within 2-3 weeks from the time of order confirmation and payment. During busy seasons (holidays), please allow 3-4 weeks. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Venmo for custom orders. Payment is due at the time of order confirmation before work begins on your item.

Do you ship?

Yes! We ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be provided with your quote. Local pickup may also be available.

What products do you offer?

We create a variety of handcrafted items including glitter tumblers, resin mugs, laser-etched mugs, custom t-shirts and apparel, resin-covered pens, custom cloth bags, decorative signs, and small laser-cut gifts. Let us know what you're looking for!

What tumbler sizes do you offer?

For drinkware, we offer tumblers in 20oz, 30oz, and 40oz sizes, plus wine tumblers, mugs, and can coolers.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality materials appropriate for each product type: premium glitters and FDA-compliant epoxy for tumblers, quality fabrics for apparel, and durable woods and acrylics for laser-cut items.

Can I request a specific design?

Absolutely! Custom orders are our specialty. Share your design ideas, color preferences, inspiration photos, or let us help you come up with something unique.

Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my tumbler or mug?

Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Avoid soaking for extended periods. Do not microwave. The tumbler is safe for both hot and cold beverages.

How do I care for custom apparel?

Turn inside out and wash in cold water. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly on printed/vinyl designs. Following these steps will help your design last longer.

How do I care for decorative signs and laser-cut items?

Dust gently with a soft cloth. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. For indoor use only unless specified as outdoor-safe.

What if my item gets damaged?

Our products are made with durability in mind, but like any handcrafted item, they should be handled with care. Minor wear is normal over time. Contact us if you have concerns about your item.

Policies

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's an issue with your order (damaged in shipping, wrong item, etc.), please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement or refund.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If we haven't started working on your order, a full refund may be available. Once production has begun, refunds are not available as materials have been used.
